Had a decent day although my neck and shoulders have been totally killing me, nothing seems to help. Maybe I need a back adjustment…Hey Mindy I need ya to walk on my back again. Went out today and did some needed shopping at Target. Finally got a clock for the hall bathroom, hopefully that will help get me out the door on time for work while I’m showering. This afternoon headed over to Dave Dittmann’s house to pile into his car for a birthday dinner for Susie. We went to Helen’s Polish Buffet and the food was good as was the company. We’re home now but my neck and shoulders still hurt a lot.

Finally slept in a bit…I think I’m definately fighting off something. Helped Dave with his wireless router. Watched some TV. Nothing exciting, just spent the day trying to reenergize. Gabrielle and I went out to dinner with Dave to catch up on things. It was nice and on the way back home we stopped at the grocery store. We picked up some cat food and Dave got 12 bottles of 1.5 liter Port….uh lets just say it made for interesting looks from the teenager at the cash register I think I’m gonna try to get to bed early tonight…I still have a lot of work to catch up on for the hospital but I think it will have to wait for the weekend…sigh

is digusted with the whole peer review process that he is being forced to participate in.

Just leaving work…long day 17 hours…kept my patients alive sigh ready to go home and cuddle with my lovely wife

Karl is happy that twitter is again posting to his blog but is very tired and anxious to get his revamped website up and running.

Karl is unhappy when both of his patient’s blood pressures tank and he has to start cardiac drip to keep them alive.
